Founded in 1996 on both Maui and Hawaiʻi Island, Hawai‘i Wildlife Fund helps fill the “gaps” in conservation efforts around Hawai‘i nei in order to best protect native wildlife.
Next March, we proudly celebrate our 25th anniversary. For nearly 25 years, we have shared our stories and accomplishments on our trusty, very content-rich website managed by Carrie Robertson Meyer. In recent years, we have added dynamic social media to our education and community-connection toolbox.
Now in the Fall of 2020 we are very excited to announce the launch of our NEW website and also regular blog postings to enable us to be even more interactive with the world and to better connect with our core volunteers and supporters. Mahalo for your patience with us as we navigate these new waters and please do “bookmark” our wildhawaii.org site and stay tuned for future events and updates and stay virtually connected throughout the coming months!
Many thanks to our consultant friends Stephenie Pang and Patrick Doyle, who offered generous, pro bono advice on our website redesign: our long-time webmaster, Carrie Robertson Meyer, for her support of native wildlife and HWF for more than two decades and especially to Ritama Design for the creation of this beautiful new website that will enable our team to be more involved in the process.
